1. The service
GraduationYardSign provides design, personalization, cart, and checkout tools for made-to-order graduation yard signs. Features, templates, prices, availability, and production options may change. A screen preview is an aid: printed color, crop, scale, and material can differ from a display.
2. Your proof and order details
You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, photos, colors, quantities, delivery information, and other choices before checkout. We may decline content or an order that appears unlawful, harmful, infringing, or technically unsuitable for production.
3. Checkout and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The checkout page identifies the final product charges, available delivery charges, and any applicable taxes or discounts. When checkout is enabled, payment is handled by the configured checkout provider and is also subject to that provider's terms. Submitting information on this site does not by itself guarantee that an order has been accepted; rely on the order or payment confirmation shown after checkout.

Signs are personalized and may enter production soon after an order is accepted. The cancellation, correction, return, replacement, and refund terms presented at checkout for your order govern. Review those terms before paying and contact us promptly if you notice an error or receive a damaged or incorrect item. We do not promise a fixed cancellation window, response time, replacement timeline, or refund-processing period in these website terms.
5. Production and delivery
Any production or delivery date is an estimate unless the checkout terms expressly say otherwise. Carrier delays, severe weather, address errors, supply constraints, and events outside reasonable control can affect timing. Confirm the available option before ordering for a fixed event date.
6. Your content and permissions
You keep your rights in photos, names, logos, messages, and other material you provide. You grant us and the vendors supporting your order permission to process that material only as reasonably needed to provide the site, prepare the design, complete checkout, produce the item, deliver it, and support the order. You represent that you have all rights and permissions required to use the content, including consent to use a person's image and permission for third-party trademarks or artwork.
7. Institution names, directory entries, and branding
Directory identity is a finding and personalization aid; it does not verify official colors, logos, mascots, licensing, affiliation, or an institution's endorsement. Suggested palettes are editable starting points. You are responsible for confirming branding and obtaining any permission required for the final design. GraduationYardSign is not presented as an official representative of a listed institution.
8. Site content and acceptable use
The site's software, original templates, text, and graphics may be protected by intellectual-property law. You may use the service to create and order personal or authorized organizational signs, but may not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, misuse, or republish the service or its directory in violation of law or third-party source terms.
9. Availability and responsibility
The site is provided on an as-available basis during this launch stage. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every template, directory result, preview, or integration is error free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for a claim relating to a paid order will not exceed the amount paid for the item giving rise to that claim.
