• Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes
• All designs remain the property of GraduationYardSign until payment is complete
• We reserve the right to refuse orders for inappropriate or offensive content

3. Ordering and Payment

• All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice
• Payment is required at the time of order and processed securely through Stripe
• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after 2 hours of placement, as production begins
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and design information

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, graphics, and content on our website are owned by GraduationYardSign and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Your Content

By uploading photos and content for your custom signs, you:

• Represent that you have the right to use such content
• Grant us permission to use it solely for fulfilling your order
• Agree not to upload copyrighted material without proper authorization

5. School Names and Logos

We provide school colors and names for personalization purposes. We are not affiliated with any educational institution. The use of school names and colors is for identification purposes to help families celebrate their graduates.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Guarantee page for our full return policy. In summary:

• We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee
• Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no cost
• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraduationYardSign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
