What if I cannot find the school, center, college, or program?
Keep going with the exact wording you want. A directory match is optional, and the finder also includes direct paths for homeschool, GED or equivalency, and designs with no institution name.
Does an institution match include official colors or a logo?
No. A directory record verifies only the sourced identity and location fields it displays. Colors, mascots, logos, and ceremony dates require separate evidence, so every creative detail stays editable for you to confirm.
Which graduations and promotions can I celebrate?
The current occasion map spans daycare and preschool, school promotions, high school, homeschool, equivalency, certificates, trades, apprenticeships, college degrees, professional degrees, and doctorates. You can also replace any template wording with your own.
Design and proof
Can I change the text and colors?
Yes. The browser editor exposes each template’s text fields and color themes. Confirm the graduate name, institution or program, class year, message, and palette before adding the design to the cart.
Can I upload a photo?
Templates with an image field accept a browser photo upload. Review the crop, resolution, and placement in the proof before checkout.
Will the name selected in the finder reach the editor?
Yes. Choosing a sourced match or exact-text option carries the institution wording through the design chooser and into the matching school or university field, where it remains editable.

What sign sizes are configured?
The editor currently offers 18 × 24 inches and 24 × 36 inches. The larger option updates the displayed price before the item is added to the cart.
Which materials can I choose?
The editor presents the currently configured corrugated-plastic and aluminum choices. Review the live option name and price shown with your design because availability can change before launch.
Can I make multiple signs with different names?
Yes. Personalize and add each unique design as its own cart item. For a coordinated school, PTA, team, or class project, use the bulk-order request so quantity and variation needs can be reviewed together.
Timing and issue resolution
How should I plan around a ceremony date?
Personalized production happens before carrier transit. Use the current shipping guidance and the options quoted at checkout, allow contingency time, and do not treat a carrier estimate as an event-date guarantee.
What if a delivered sign has a problem?
Contact support promptly with the order number, photos of the sign and packaging, and a clear description of the issue. Keep the packaging while the order is reviewed. The policy presented with the order determines eligibility and resolution.
Are personalized signs returnable?
