Yes! Our editor supports high-resolution photo uploads. We recommend photos that are at least 1000x1000 pixels for the best print quality. Our AI automatically removes backgrounds for a polished look.

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days after production. Economy shipping (7-10 days) is free on orders over $75. Expedited (3-5 days) and Express (1-2 days) options are available at checkout.

Currently, we ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on expanding our delivery area.

Signs are carefully packaged in custom corrugated boxes to prevent bending or damage. The H-stake is included and packaged separately. Each package includes installation instructions.

Absolutely! If you're not 100% satisfied with your sign, contact us within 30 days. We'll either reprint it or provide a full refund. Your happiness is our priority.

We're so sorry if that happens! Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you, usually within 24 hours.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, production begins and we cannot make changes. Contact us ASAP if you need to make a change.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
